Processing

We deal with the processing of bars and tubes
of different materials and sections

The processed materials are mainly: brass, stainless steel (AISI 304 and 316), duplex steel 1.4462 and super duplex, aluminum and iron.

The machined tubes and bars can have a section: round, square, flat, rectangular, oval, half oval or they can be profiled in various sections (depending on the size).

Cutting to size of bars and tubes (also for stainless steel and special steels)
Bending on tube bending machines (also for stainless steel)
Threading and milling on transfer machines
Annealing for normalization heat treatments
Drilling and deep drilling on machining centers
Rounding – Flattening – Shaping – Creations of notches and various shots made on machining centers (vertical and horizontal)
Production of mechanical parts (including precision) in brass, steel and aluminum carried out on transfer and CNC machining centers (vertical and horizontal)
Recovery work after the first folding

In addition to specific processes, it can offer services of:

assembling
Packaging with standard packaging or customized to customer specifications (or supplied by the same)

CR Tubi internally produces all the equipment necessary for special or custom processes both for its own needs and for other companies interested in this service.

Some examples of equipment: bending dies, bending cores and templates in general, return clamps and locking elements.
